What materials are used in Alder Jewellers Paris pieces?
We exclusively use ethically sourced 18k gold, sterling silver, and conflict-free precious gemstones. Each piece is hallmarked in France to guarantee its purity and origin.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide secure, insured worldwide shipping. Deliveries within the EU typically arrive in 3-5 business days, while international orders take 7-10 business days.
How can I find my correct ring size?
We offer a downloadable size guide on our website. Alternatively, you can request a complimentary physical ring sizer to be mailed to your home before placing an order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that custom-engraved pieces are final sale.
Is there a warranty on my jewelry?
Every Alder Jewellers piece comes with a two-year manufacturing warranty. This covers any production defects, but does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I request a bespoke design?
Absolutely. Our Parisian atelier specializes in custom commissions. You can book a virtual or in-person consultation with our lead designer to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
